A lot goes on behind the scenes. We’d like to show you what we’re getting up to and what’s been inspiring us.
A collection of 20 apartments, Canterbury House was set behind the beautiful façade of a Victorian signal factory. Built at the end of the 1800s, the property’s unique period features sat alongside pioneering design, creating living spaces that blended historical charm with modern character. Grand windows, mezzanine floors and double heighted ceilings added traditional elegance to expansive open-plan contemporary living spaces, underpinned by steel frames and solid concrete floors.
Each kitchen featured units engineered in Germany by Nobilia. And each bedroom housed bespoke Neatsmith of London wardrobes. Integrated high-specification appliances, underfloor heating and walk in showers ensured every lifestyle convenience was catered for. All contained between a resident’s gymnasium in the basement, and a large roof terrace with enviable views above.
